2. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website. Our services themselves are governed by the written contract we sign with each client, which takes priority over anything on this site.
3. Information on this site
We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the site is for general information and is not an offer. What we deliver, and the KPIs we are measured on, are set out in your contract.
4. Intellectual property
The PipeMeet name, logo and the content of this site belong to Ventureland OÜ. Partner and technology logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to name the technologies we work with.
5. Links to other sites
We aren't responsible for the content of sites we link to or embed, including the Cal.com booking calendar.
6. Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ventureland OÜ is not liable for losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
